Our entire lives we are taught that we have only 5 senses, but what if that is a lie?  What if we have 12 senses and our ignorance of their existence is causing them atrophy and dysfunction?

Through the brilliant teachings of our dear friend Dr. David Martin, Keith and I (Angel) have learned about the 12 cranial nerves and how they are responsible for 12 senses.  

It is these 12 senses that are the foundation of our existence as human beings and it is through the repair, development and optimization of these 12 senses that we fully live.

Here is a quote from Dr. David Martin's essay on the 12 cranial nerves which create the 12 senses:

The qigong form that Keith and I created specifically addresses all 12 cranial nerves through energy work and exercises.  In this class, you will learn all of the exercises and be given the music we created which has layers of many hours of our energy work embedded within it. 

The combination of these two creates a powerful practice fostering health and superior function of your 12 cranial nerves.

The practice takes about 35 minutes and when practiced daily one can expect improvements in one or more areas such as eyesight, hearing, ability to maintain calm, better quality sleep, more control of personal experience during dream time, relief of things like TMJ, neck and shoulder pain, headaches, double vision, sense of balance and more.

This teaching is a one time teaching of 2 hours.  Once you know this qigong, you can practice it on your own any time of the day.  You will receive your own recording of our layered music and a PDF of the exercises.
